Serving Suggestion:

As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (3 grams) in water or beverage of your choice like fruit juice or protein shake.

Loading Phase:
For loading take 1 serving (3 grams) 4 times a day, evenly spaced out throughout the day for 4 consecutive days before starting regular maintenance dosage.

Regular Dosage:
Take 1 to 2 servings on training days, 1 serving post workout and 1 serving preferably 45 minutes before your workout.

Non Training Days:
On non training days take 1 serving (3 grams) in the morning with first meal of the day.

Tips: Drink plenty of water throughout the day while taking any form of creatine supplement. Loading phase is optional, you can skip this and directly start with regular dosage.
